Extension of the Deadline for Employer Obligations in ERGANI by 31st of May 2025
To Employers:
We would like to inform you that, according to a Decree issued by the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance on 28/02/2025, the deadline for the mandatory registration of essential terms of employment for all employees in the ERGANI information system has been extended until 31/05/2025.
Additionally, please note that the obligation includes the submission of essential employment terms to the ERGANI digital system for Domestic Helpers.
The Obligations to Employers set by the Decree
The basic terms of employment for all employees must be submitted through the ERGANI information system, based on the Decree (KDP 455/2024) in accordance with article 11(6) of the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law. The new legislation introduces two important obligations:
• Inventory in the ERGANI computer system of all active employees and
• For each employee, the basic terms of employment must be inventoried.
Basic Terms of Employment: Among other things, in addition to the personal details of the employees, the place of provision of work, the specialty/duties, the date of commencement of employment, the remuneration, any allowances or other benefits (in detail), the working hours and the days of weekly employment of each employee must be recorded. In addition, it is noted that, for employers with many employees, it is possible to use excel and xml files. Excel file.
Please note that the terms of employment must be consistent with the general legislation and the specific regulations of the profession of your company.
